Jon Jones is widely considered the greatest mixed martial artist of all time. There are not many opponents who have been able to push Jones to the limit inside the UFC octagon. Jones has defeated legends and elite contenders over multiple generations. However, there were times when Jones did not look invincible.

The very first time when fans in the arena thought that Jones lost the fight when he took on Alexander Gustafsson back in UFC 165. Gustafsson was the underdog coming into the fight. But he fought his heart out and pushed Jones beyond his limit. Though the decision went in favor of Jones many fans believe that Gustafsson won the fight.

Recently, at UFC 247 we saw yet another grueling battle of Jon Jones when he took on Dominick Reyes. Jones showed the championship mettle and won the round 4 and 5 convincingly. But he was outclassed in the first two rounds by Reyes. The third round was a close one. But in the end, Jones got another close decision in his favor.
