Recently, Henry Cejudo shocked his manager, Ali Abdelaziz, in the gym.

Referred to as one of the greatest combat sports athletes on the planet, Henry Cejudo has won gold in many competitions around the world. At a very young age, he earned an Olympic gold medal in freestyle wrestling.

He would then go on to compete in the UFC’s flyweight division. Further, ‘Triple C’ defeated arguably the best pound for pound athlete in the world—Demetrious Johnson—for the flyweight title. Moreover, he devastated another elite competitor in TJ Dillashaw.

Cejudo did not stop at that. He moved up a weight class and conquered the vacant bantamweight belt. Since then, he has been out of competition, healing his injuries. After spending eleven months on the sidelines, Cejudo will return to the Octagon to defend his belt against the former champion, Dominick ‘The Dominator’ Cruz at UFC 249.

Cruz has not fought since his unanimous decision loss to Cody Garbrandt. Yet, many believe Cruz to be Cejudo’s toughest challenge.

Ali Abdelaziz makes a shocking claim about Henry Cejudo

Ali Abdelaziz, thinks otherwise. In a recent tweet, Cejudo’s manager described his training experience with the champion. He was shocked to see no signs of ring rust in Cejudo. The manager also predicted a knockout at UFC 249.

According to Ali, Cejudo wasn’t even breathing heavily despite sparring five rounds with five different opponents.

Insane body transformation

Although Ali is great at hyping up his fighters, there might be some truth to his claim. Cejudo trains at Neuroforce One, one of the most advanced training facilities in the world.
