Watch: Conor McGregor Hilariously Reacts to His “Who the F**k is that Guy” Comment

Conor McGregor is notorious for his trash talk in his press conferences. And one of the best moments of Conor was when he dropped the line “Who the F**k is that guy”.

This incident happened when a certain reporter asked Conor, who among the fighters on the stage would give him the toughest fight. Jeremy Stephens was very quick to respond to that question by saying :

“Right here, the hardest hitting 145 pounder. This guy TKOs people. When I knock people out they don’t f***ing move.”

And this moment gave us arguably the most iconic lines in UFC history when it comes to trash talk.

Conor responded with: “Who the f**k is that guy?”. Now how do you come back from that?

Conor also mentioned that he might have to go and drag Floyd Mayweather out of retirement since there would be nobody left in UFC to give him a tough fight.

Well, years have passed. And now Conor looks to prove the world again that he is the best in the business when he takes on Donald Cerrone. Ahead of UFC 246, Conor looks back at his old days when he used to entertain the crowd with his trash talk and opens up about the incident with Jeremy Stephens.

“Of course I knew who Jeremy was. Jeremy is a good fighter. Was a former lightweight then down into the featherweight division. good power. The timing was just impeccable and that was it. You don’t really think about these things. You just have a bit of fun in there, right? ” said Conor.

Conor Wants the Nate Diaz Trilogy

McGregor will be in a very sweet spot if he gets past Donald Cerrone at UFC 246. Conor will have a ton of intriguing options such as the lightweight title fight, the welterweight title fight, the BMF title fight, and last but not least, a trilogy with Nate Diaz.

Though the trilogy seems a little less intriguing after Diaz suffered the loss to Masvidal, after the war in the rematch, fans won’t complain to see Conor and Nate go against each other one more time.

Well, Conor leaves the door open for the trilogy fight against Diaz ahead of his clash against Donald Cerrone. 

“Nate is great. It was great to share the arena with Nate on both occasions. I have nothing but respect for Nate and Nick. I wish them well. I would love to do the trilogy at some stage.”
