Swiss tennis legend Roger Federer has been out of action since the Australian Open 2020. After losing to eventual champion Novak Djokovic, the eight-time Wimbledon winner took a break to undergo second knee surgery. It’s been over a year since Federer competed in a professional tennis match.

Twenty-time Grand Slam winner Roger Federer is returning back on the men’s Tour at the ATP Doha 2021. After his much-awaited return, Uniqlo has designed a new outfit for him. The outfit comprises a dark green t-shirt along with a pair of shorts, that are fairly light in color.

He will have another outfit too, which consists of a white t-shirt with dark green color on the edge of his sleeves on both hands. He will also feature wearing the Uniqlo cap, which includes a white and green shaded cap. Surprisingly, only the cap will have the ‘RF’ logo featured on it and not on the t-shirts. There are rumors that Federer will have to wait until Wimbledon to sport the logo again.

Federer is the most successful player at the Doha Open, winning the tournament previously on three occasions in 2005, 2006, and 2011. The event is played on hard courts in an outdoor environment. The tournament will be played from the 8th of march and will end on the 13th of the month.
