Recently, one of his sponsors, UNIQLO, the Japanese apparel brand that Roger Federer has been sporting since the 2018 season unveiled the latest ‘RF Caps’, specially designed for the Wimbledon Championships 2021. The cap has been designed, keeping the traditional white and green colors of Wimbledon in mind.

Uniqlo and Federer have signed a long-term deal and it is one of the biggest endorsement deals in the recent past. At the end of last year, the Swiss star reacquired his ‘RF’ logo. According to the legalities, Nike still had the rights. However, things are back in place, and ever since the ‘RF Caps’ made it to the markets, they were sold out of stock in a short amount of time.

Reflecting on tennis, the Swiss maestro returned to action after close to 14 months at Doha in March. After that, he featured in the clay-court event in Geneva as he wanted to play at Roland Garros. In Paris, he reached the fourth round of the French Open 2021 but did not show up for his match.
