Tennis ace Roger Federer is one of the most supreme athletes in the sporting world. Over the years, he has created a unique and humble identity for himself that has touched the hearts of millions of fans from all over the globe. For a number of years now he has topped the rankings as far as off-the-court earnings are concerned.
Recently, one of his sponsors, UNIQLO, the Japanese apparel brand that Roger Federer has been sporting since the 2018 season unveiled the latest ‘RF Caps’, specially designed for the Wimbledon Championships 2021. The cap has been designed, keeping the traditional white and green colors of Wimbledon in mind.
Uniqlo and Federer have signed a long-term deal and it is one of the biggest endorsement deals in the recent past. At the end of last year, the Swiss star reacquired his ‘RF’ logo. According to the legalities, Nike still had the rights. However, things are back in place, and ever since the ‘RF Caps’ made it to the markets, they were sold out of stock in a short amount of time.
