He said, “After the final against Roger, I felt totally exhausted. I remember going to the bathroom and starting to urinate blood. It got me scared and called the doctor, who told me that due to my extreme fatigue and tension. I had broken muscle fibers and my body passed them out through urine.”

During the course of the tournament, Tsonga had beaten Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray, and Roger Federer to lift the Rogers Cup in 2014. He added, “I will never forget that and all the battles I had with the Big 3. It was immensely proud of the face.”

Although they happen to be rivals on the tennis courts, Roger and Jo-Wilfried are warm towards each other, whenever they come across on Tour.
