Simone Biles grew up in Spring, Texas. In 2017, her childhood home, the house where she grew and turned into a champion, hit the market. In fact, it sold for around $250,000, which was a great deal.

The house was a 3,711 square-feet property, which included four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Moreover, it also featured vaulted ceilings and even a gas fireplace.

With an outdoor covered patio that housed an in-built grill, it comes as no surprise that Simone became the success she was. Of course, it was all due to her hard work and tenacity, but her old house in Texas certainly looked like a place where dreams really do come true.

When it came time to change houses, Simone bought her new home in Texas itself, staying close to her roots. Moreover, she had revealed that the very first check she ever wrote, had been for the downpayment of her new home.

Simone bought the property in 2020 for under $750,000, as per the New York Post. It is quite a modern home, a far cry from the brick and mortar, wooden-floored house she grew up in.

Not unlike her childhood home, her new house, too, has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half-bathrooms. It boasts of an open floor plan, with a stone fireplace in the living room.

With grey and white being the primary colors that run throughout the furniture and flooring, Simone Biles’ million-dollar mansion is a truly impressive and modern property.

Additionally, she has also accentuated the interiors of the house with red installations and cushions in the living room. Red highlights also seem to feature heavily in the paintings on the walls, showing Simone has put a lot of thought into the interior decor of the place.

The outside is just as impressive, if not more

After she purchased the house, Simone Biles spent most of 2020 installing and adding everything she needed for the perfect house. Unsurprisingly, she began with the swimming pool at the back of the house.

Simone’s courtyard is clearly Tuscan-styled and features plenty of lounging spots for guests, her french bulldogs, and herself. However, the clear highlight of the courtyard is the massive in-ground pool.

With nautical ceramic pool tiles and a raised hot tub, the pool roughly cost the four-time Olympic gold medalist around $50,000. Several recliner seats surround the swimming pool, with a bunch of them lined up under an iron canopy for shade.

Furthermore, a natural garden lines the perimeter of the swimming pool, with an additional, spacious lawn area off to the side. Even more interesting is the outdoor table Simone installed, which is actually an adult swing set.

Eight swinging chairs surround the wooden table in the courtyard, while a barbeque sits right beside the seating area. Clearly, Simone kept her friends in mind when going through the additional installations of her house.

Undoubtedly, Simone Biles lives in a magnificent mansion, while ensuring she stayed close to her Texan roots. Moreover, it also helps that her fiance, Jonathan Owens, lives in the same area of Houston, Texas. This does not come as a surprise, as he plays in the NFL for the Houston Texans.
