Simone Biles delivered one of the most defining moments of the Tokyo Olympics earlier this year. During her performance on the vault in the women’s team event final, the star gymnast suffered the ‘twisties’ midway through a tough move.
Following the incident, the 24-year-old withdrew from three individual finals citing mental health issues. However, a video of Biles shows she didn’t feel like the best version of herself a day before the women’s team final.

In a video shared by Strahan, Biles spoke about how her mood changed between morning practice and afternoon practice the day before the team final. She said, “Today’s been a little bit of a rough day. Feel like I just put too much pressure on myself and everything that’s happening.
