Jackie Chan, the legendary martial artist, and actor who is now 68 years old, has shifted his Hollywood career back 5 years. He talks about it seriously, and the legend does have a point.

?Because of all those years in American audience, I think half of the world the audience only know Jackie doing action comedy,? Jackie said and continued, ?And also all those years the action I?m getting old I cannot fast enough.?

Well, the whole world has observed Jackie doing action comedy for years. This is nothing new in the film industry, where big actors have been known to switch roles as they see fit. Also, as Jackie got older, he needed to adapt accordingly. He didn’t have much of an option.

Jackie said and continued, ?If a true actor you can live forever like Clint Eastwood, Robert De Niro they can act they can fight they can use a green screen and double but if I?m continued to my own things I?m very quick disappear in the film industry.??

He was fully aware of the situation he was getting into. Being old and performing in action movies just won’t go well together for him. Jackie wanted something new and fresh for his Hollywood career.

It’s not like Jackie has only done action movies his whole life. There are other types of roles that he had played that didn’t require much of an action element.

In the land of Kung Fu, Dre started taking lessons from his mentor, Mr. Han. Jackie Chan played the role of his mentor, and it was totally different from his typical roles.
