Dated February 3rd and 4th, 1968, the workout routines spanned the entire day and included many sets of punches, kicks, and sit-ups. Lee usually liked to write notes in his journal for his reference, and now those notes serve as a window through time. The writings listed down the time, number of sets, and some extra details, giving away the secret of his chiseled physique.

Some of the steps written down included six sets of leg raises, one-legged squats, hook kicks, side bends, etc. These techniques practiced to appropriate intensities gave Bruce Lee his signature physique. This sneak peek into a regular day in the star’s life gave fans an opportunity to cherish his legacy.
