 After the death of her father, Shiffrin shares a very special bond with her mother Eileen Shiffrin. Eileen’s support for Mikaela knows no bounds and it is now known to all. In the ongoing world cup, Eileen has shown nothing but immense support for her daughter. She has gracefully filled in the role of Mikaela’s father as well.

Recently, Eileen was given the opportunity to interview her daughter which showcased how reliable this bond is. This was less of an interview and more of a heart-to-heart conversation between the mother and daughter. Shiffrin also shared an update on Instagram giving the credit of her staunch career to her mother.
