In a testament to that gritty self, Vonn has already outlined his fitness and adventure goals for the year 2024. As the new year started, Vonn has already outlined. Now came the time of looking back and it was not only to the just concluded year.

It seemed that as the year started, Vonn took time to reminisce once again about the making of herself. Alongside that, the alpine skiing legend also sowed the seed for the hopes of the future.

Lindsey Vonn showcases girl power

Lindsey Vonn recently took to her Instagram to post a series of pictures showcasing the victorious moments of the legend. However, the last picture of the series was a standout. Vonn was seen with a group of young girls in a muscle-flexing stance. Vonn captioned it as, “Unleashing Girl Grit 💪🏻 It’s on all of us to support, inspire and build our next generation… To those who inspired and supported me, I am eternally thankful🙏🏻 I can’t wait to see what the girls of tomorrow will achieve… I know they will impact our world in a positive way 🌎❤️.” Interestingly, these are exactly what Vonn’s foundation namesake foundation does.

Lindsay Vonn Foundation is built with the central mission “to instill grit in young girls nationwide”. The foundation looks to seal those overlooked opportunities that may be the winning bait in the future. Its mission statement reads, “Grit is at the core of our identity. It is the determining factor that can set ambitious girls apart from everyone else.” Vonn herself defines it.
