It is no secret that Usain Bolt is a Manchester United fan. For years, the track and field star has been a loyal fan of the football club. And just like its fans, Bolt also gets equally disappointed when the club loses a match. Therefore, after the club’s loss to Everton, Bolt expressed his disappointment in the club.

Growing up, Bolt was a great fan of soccer. His favorite team has been Manchester United. Bolt has always been an all-rounder. Cricket and soccer have always kept the Jamaican hooked. In fact, after his retirement from athletics, Usain Bolt even took up a short-term soccer career.

Usain Bolt disappointed after Manchester United loss

At the Premier League match on Saturday, Manchester United lost to Everton by one goal. This left fans frustrated because they had high hopes for the club.

Bolt?also took to his Instagram to express his dismay over the match. Anthony Gordon of Everton scored the first goal against United in the first half. Unfortunately, United couldn’t come back from this point.

“Can’t say what I want to say about what just happen,” posted Bolt via his Instagram story. Manchester United was very close to a tie but even after repeated attempts, it did not end up happening.

Not just Bolt, even the Manchester United coach is disappointed in the team.

?If you don?t score a single goal in 95 minutes we have to be disappointed. We had a good start and should have created more chances out of that domination,” said coach Ralf Rangnick.

The coach even accepted that they took the wrong decision by making the wrong substitutions. He added that the team did not have enough players, therefore they could not find the right player at the right moment

Fans flood Twitter over United’s loss

Fans were shocked over the club’s loss to Everton. United even after being considered one of the best teams, could not stand up to their reputation and lost the match.

Fans were ruthless in their comments about the club. Even though many of them are loyal fans, they were heartbroken after Saturday’s match.

“I would say this is the worst @ManUtd squad/performances / teamwork,” read a tweet.

Manchester United will next face Norwich City on 16th April.
