Wowing fans with her beauty, the Olympian was kind enough to reveal her secret. She said,?“I try to make time for myself. I start my day with a gratitude journal and just have some quiet time for me before my day starts. It’s really basic. I try to keep my skin moisturized.”?

She further also revealed what brings a glow to her face apart from the 11 Olympic medals and her daughter Camryn. “I use Cetaphil. I like Olay’s products. I’m out in the sun every day competing and training, so sunscreen is very important and I’m drinking lots of water. I think a lot of it comes from diet and trying to eat the right things,” said Allyson.

Felix’s Olympic journey

The American sprinting legend competed at her maiden Olympics in 2004. To date, she has appeared five times in the mega quadrennial games. Remarkably, she has clinched seven gold, three silver, and one bronze medal in her journey.
