Usain Bolt appreciates Prince Harry

The duo met together when Harry challenged Bolt to a race back on his 30th birthday. With the legendary Jamaican athlete being a relaxed and humble person, he accepted the race as they got together. This led to Harry visiting him back in 2012 as they competed in a race. Surprisingly, the Prince won the race. Despite starting the race before the gunfire, he leads the race from start to finish. It’s just fun and games for both of them. Bolt opened up on Harry’s personality, being a person who loves to laugh and have fun.

“He’s cool, very down to earth. When you meet dignitaries you think it will be difficult but he just wanted to laugh — it was an honor and a pleasure to meet him,” said Bolt.

Losing touch with the Prince

However, he spoke about losing touch with the Prince after he got married to Meghan Markle. The duo left the royal family as they embarked on a new chapter in life. Thus, Bolt spoke about how he did not have any contact with Harry after that.
