It might surprise probably everyone, but the former Atlanta Braves star Jos Pederson had better stats than the NFL star Davante Adams. Recently, a video was doing rounds on Twitter. In which MLB outfielder Pederson is playing with current Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams.

Well, long before Pederson was a postseason hero and a World Series winner with the Braves, he was a football star during his high school days. He was a wide receiver for Palo Alto High School football team back in the early 2010s.

At that time, Pederson was the No. 1 wide receiver for his high school team. And it’s still a wonder why Pederson ended up choosing baseball as his career. In his high school team, the current wide receiver of the Green Bay Packers was his teammate and was the Wide Receiver No. 2 (WR2).

As per the stats, Pederson had a better record than Adams. Pederson as WR1 had 30 receptions, 650 yards, and 9 touchdowns. While Adams as a WR2 had 25 receptions, 484 yards, and 7 touchdowns.

These stats are proof, if Pederson had pursued his sporting career in football, then he definitely would have been a great NFL player by now.
