27-year-old Dansby Swanson has been part of the now World Series champions, the Atlanta Braves since 2015. Moreover, the baseball ace player has been dating the USWNT star since 2017.

Mallory took a moment to share the wonderful news with fans on her Instagram. She posted a dreamy picture of Dansby on his knees with a ring, while looking overjoyed and ecstatic with his grand proposal, surrounded by beautiful balloons and the brightest of sunrays. Posting the picture, 23-year-old Mallory wrote, ”Forever with you ♥️.”

Interestingly, the athletic couple was introduced to each other by a former Braves star. Jace Peterson, who is married to Mallory’s sister, Brianna Pugh, was the matchmaker for the newly engaged duo.

When Atlanta Braves entered another season, they weren’t the favorites to clinch the World Series, as they hadn’t reached the feat even once in the 21st century. However, the team stunned the world, outclassing every one of their opponents.

The Braves surpassed teams like Houston Astros who had better stats than them in the season. Notably, the team secured their first-ever World Series victory since their glory in 1995.
Dansby Swanson smashed 27 home runs, recorded 88 RBIs with 78 runs. Clearly, the couple is having the best time of their lives in their career, as well as in their relationship. Surely, they will have a stellar run in their new journey as well.
