According to Andy Martino, New York Mets are going all guns blazing for Max. The offer on the table is reported to be more than $40 million, perhaps around $45 million. Notably, the offer is said to be a multi-year deal and could be around a $90 million deal for 2 years. Furthermore, there are also rumors that the contract could lead to a 3-4 year deal.
