The entire world is congratulating Shaun White after he bid goodbye to the sport he has ruled for two decades. It was a very emotional moment for the 35-year-old snowboarder as he performed his last show on the ice this Friday. He was in tears and waved at the crowd one last time with a heavy heart. The latest to congratulate him on his career was the Manchester United and Real Madrid legend, David Beckham.

In his final run, Shaun finished at fourth place in the men’s snowboarding halfpipe event. The three-time Olympic gold medalist couldn’t win a medal at Beijing Winter Olympics 2022. As he walked off the ice, he said, “It’s just an emotional day for me, I wish I would’ve done better but I did what I could. I’m proud.”
