Popular bodybuilding legend Flex Wheeler loves to watch baseball in his free time. Recently, Wheeler shared a short video clip of Ken Griffey Jr. where he was amazed by his prowess. Praising Griffey Jr.’s ability to swing the baseball bat, Wheeler also shared a 2019 video clip of another baseball player, Kolten Wong. 

Wheeler posted an Instagram story of the two MLB players on 5th February 2023. The shared video clip of Ken Griffey Jr. is that of a past game before Jr. retired in 2010. Unlike Griffey Jr., Wong has not retired and has been playing as a second batsman for the Seattle Mariners. Wheeler’s passion for the sport could be clearly spotted in his Instagram story. Flex Wheeler’s Instagram Story and his compliment for Ken Griffey Jr. 

Wheeler posted a video clip initially posted by beisbolestrellas depicting Griffey Jr. striking the ball with utmost precision. This made the ball sail into the audience stands. Commending Griffey Jr’s feat, Wheeler wrote, “Jr. still has the prettiest swing I’ve ever seen!!!.” 

Along with this, Wheeler also added a video clip of Longreliever to his Instagram story. This clip depicted Wong tracking the ball with his eyes, taking the ball in his gloved hand to his open palm without losing focus. After this, Wong aimed at the ball with precision. The clip has the following words written, “I will be forever amazed at how nonchalant Kolten Wong made this play look.”

Later, Wheeler posted an image with his fan Sarah Fargo that has been clicked at the Ultimate Fitness Birmingham gym. Originally shared by Fargo, the words written on this post were, “I can not believe it! Today I met @officialflexwheeler a dream come true.”  Fargo’s excitement at meeting Wheeler for the first time is relatable for every Wheeler fan out there. Wheeler also interacts with his fans via his Instagram account and shares his intriguing views on various topics. Recently, in another Instagram story, Wheeler shared his unique take on the frivolity of how ordinary people won’t invest in themselves.

Wheeler stated how people spend money eating outside in places like Starbucks and then complain about not having enough money to invest in themselves. The champion bodybuilder then asked people to reflect on “How much money do I blow on things I don’t need and how much do I invest in myself?”  He is confident that the numbers will shock everyone.

Later, stressing the matter, the Sultan also gave interesting numbers to pick on his fans. The lesson here is that people feel tempted to spend on things that don’t really value in life but have become a practice to enjoy momentary spurts of satisfaction. Wheeler shared how people could get one-on-one coaching at half the price to hire a personal trainer. It seems that Wheeler is nudging people to enroll for coaching to live a healthy life.
