Many other artists have performed during the Super Bowl before. However, none caught the bodybuilder’s eyes the way RiRi did. In the latest episode of his podcast, Cutler revealed how enthralled he was by Rihanna’s performance. But when the choice came down to JLo and Rihanna, Cutler had a definite name in mind.

On 16th February 2023, Jay Cutler released the latest episode of the Culter cast. Herein, the bodybuilder discussed who the GOAT is between Jordan and LeBron. They also spoke about the recent Super Bowl event. Talking about the Super Bowl halftime performance, Jay Cutler revealed that he was impressed. He said, “I enjoyed the halftime show…I have a lot of good feel songs that Rihanna performed. The dancers were great, I thought it was good. I don’t usually sit and watch the performances.”

Furthermore, Cutler talked about the greatest of all-time female artists. He added, “I mean JLo like she gave a great performance at Super Bowl one year but Rihanna’s next level like dude she came on so young.” At this point, Matt added how crazy it was that Rihanna is worth 1.7 billion dollars. Cutler added that some artists get the money, and others get the fame. However, Rihanna is among the few who’ve earned both.

Though the bodybuilder couldn’t stop himself from gushing over the performance, not everyone was happy with it. Rihanna’s performance has received mixed reviews from fans. Even the big names from different sporting communities didn’t hold back while sharing their opinion.

Former NFL player and WWE Champion was “disgusted”

While many appreciated the performance, former NFL player Bill Goldberg felt disgusted. Goldberg recently appeared on the CarCast podcast. When asked for his opinion on the Super Bowl halftime performance, the WWE Champion did not hold back.

Bill Goldberg thinks Rihanna was “fricken horrible” in that performance. He also said that one can summarize his reaction by saying that he felt disgusted. He went on the claim that the entire show was the biggest flatline of the year.
