The incident involves Officer Grady Carl of the Emporia police department responding to the call. His investigation leads him to discover a joyous 18th birthday celebration. So, instead of reprimanding the family, Carl kindly requests they move their car off the road.

The warm invitation clearly overwhelmed the Officer. He decides to join in the festivities himself. But, little does he know this spontaneous decision can lead to a thrilling ride on a mechanical bull.

Officer Carl’s bull riding brought contagious joy
