Magnus came up with a perfect reply to the South African international chess master, Jesse February’s question on Twitter. Jesse posted, “Chess-related pick-up lines. Go!” While everyone was busy thinking about the perfect reply, Magnus wrote, “Hi. My name is Magnus Carlsen.”

In a way, it was definitely a perfect pick line. Surely, the name Magnus Carlsen is enough to do the trick, given that he is the best in the world for almost a decade now. Though the statement also means the level of confidence Magnus is currently functioning at.
