Chuck Norris’ Favorite Martial Arts Move Finished Off His Opponents by Making Them ‘Blink’

Carlos Ray “Chuck” Norris is one of the most lethal martial artists ever to grace Hollywood. He has a black belt in Tang Soo Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Judo. He later developed his own discipline of martial arts called Chun Kuk Do.

In a 2016 video uploaded by Combat Culture, Norris revealed his secret method to annihilate foes in an instant. Besides discussing fighting alongside Bruce Lee, the actor demonstrated his favorite fighting techniques.

Chuck Norris’s special Taijutsu demonstrated by the man himself

Donned in black, lively as ever, Chuck Norris punched the cr*p out of a dummy.  “This is my favorite one,” Norris got ready with his stance, “shoot a hand to the face, if I make contact great! At least that makes ‘em blink.”

“When he blinks, I will finish it off there,” he stated confidently. Surely enough, such a technique negates the idea of changing your style according to the size and stature of your opponent. This particular move, if timed right, would work on almost anyone.

Chuck Norris developed his own system

Chuck Norris studied martial arts for years. He developed his very own discipline which became a hybrid of Korean and American styles and was based on traditional Taekwondo. Established in 1990, Chun Kuk Do, loosely translated as ‘The Universal Way’, was established by the celebrity martial artist in association with the United Fighting Arts Federation.

Chun Kuk Do incorporates various forms of Taekwondo like Tang Soo Do/Moo Duk Kwan Taekwondo. The 82-year-old actor has also made an attempt to incorporate his style in Hollywood, in the plethora of blockbuster cinemas that he has been a part of, such as The Way of the Dragon, An Eye for an Eye, The Delta Force, and The Expendables 2.
