Despite her unsuccessful attempts at securing a medal at the Olympics, the dressage rider has made a fortune in a short duration. There are influential athletes with celebrity status trailing behind her in terms of wealth.
These athletes include Tiger Woods, Michael Schumacher, LeBron James, Floyd Mayweather, Roger Federer, Shaquille O’Neil, and Dwayne Johnson, all of whom have a net worth below the $1 billion mark.
She ranked fourth in a top 30 richest athletes list, trailing behind Ion Tiriac, Vince McMahon, and Michael Jordan.
How did Kasprzak amass such a massive fortune at a young age?
The reason behind her success is due to her late grandfather’s company. Therefore, her wealth is not directly related to her competing at prominent meets.
Her maternal grandfather, Karl Toosbuy, founded the prominent shoe company called ECCO in 1963. Her mother, Hanni Toosbury Kasprzak, is the only child of Karl. Therefore, after his passing in 2004, she became the heir to the company and inherited most of its shares.

According to Forbes, the company generates $1.46 billion annually in sales alone. Anna Kasprzak, along with her mother Hanni and brother André owns the rights to the revenue generated by sales. Therefore, the family makes about $1.5 billion during a financial year from ECCO alone.
Moreover, her mother’s net worth is estimated at $3 billion, which is almost three times more than her estimated figure. Kasprzak also made it to Forbes last year with an estimated net worth of $1.3 billion. However, the magazine dropped her name from the list of billionaires in 2022.
