Jennifer Gates and her husband Nayel Nassar welcomed their adorable munchkin Leila in March 2023. Since then, the Gates family has been smothering her with love. Now, as she touches her 9th month mark, it’s an emotional time for her gran.

When the 27-year-old asked, “What’s your favorite part about being a grandma?” Smiling brightly, the new granny spoke about the sunshine of her life. She said, “Just being able to delight in every little thing that she does.”

New mommy Jenn chimed in to say, “It’s so incredible to see her grow. And so fun to be experiencing with you, too.” Finally, Melinda French Gates concluded the conversation with the most precious statement, saying, “Greatest joy of the year for sure.” Despite the divorce struggles, her philanthropic journey is still going strong. But now Leila has most of the attention.

A few months ago, when the family celebrated Leila’s 7th month milestone, some pictures stirred a buzz on the internet. The 27-year-old posed with her curious baby alongside husband Nassar, but the fans were more delighted to notice her resemblance with a family favorite.

The Instagram post featured the Gates duo, where Jenn capped off the post with a red heart and star. But the fan comments couldn’t be looked past whatsoever. One fan unhesitantly said, “Wow, she looks so much like her grandma!” In the same vein, another fan commented, “I see your mother in her!”

Jennifer Gates and Nayel Nassar tied the nuptial knot in October 2021. Two years later, when Leila came, her grandparents were the happiest. To express ecstasy, they took to Jenn’s comment box. Melinda French Gates’ comment read, “Welcome to the world. My heart overflows.” In fact, even aunt Phoebe Gates welcomed the baby with red heart emojis. Christmas is knocking on the door, and so are their lavish celebrations. The Gates family’s posts are highly awaited.
