According to the equestrian, the decision to send Harley back to the stable was difficult, but the right one. As last year, the chestnut suffered a life-threatening illness leading to round-the-clock care and frequent feeding during the night. Georgie thinks the horse needs to have a few easy years now and have fun. Halltown Harley had joined the legendary equestrian’s stable after the retirement of her five star horse born in 2003, Wii Limbo. Since then, Harley has enjoyed many wins with the equestrian.

Harley had joined Georgie’s stables through the co-owner of the horse, Suzane Doggeett. As after the rider’s 5-star horse, Wii Limbo, went lame, Susan and Georgie found this extraordinary chestnut horse after four months of searching. Since reaching the stables of the equestrian legend, Harley participated in two badminton matches and won a few four-star matches. Harley has also traveled to many continents to secure his wins, including Tokyo, where the horse has participated in the Olympics test event. The 17-year-old was also supposed to compete for Ireland in 2023, but will be joining Wii Limbo in the stables.
