The 2-time Olympian today adorns over 300k social media followers, presenting her life as an equestrian. In 2023, Cathrine Laudrup-Dufour gave her first Masterclass outside of Europe in Devon. The equestrian’s virtue was accepted widely and well among the community. Following the response, the Olympian has once again stepped forward to present another show. However, this time, the team has expanded to include more help on and off the screens.

The equestrian shares an exciting update

On the 27th of Jan Cathrine took to her Instagram stories to share an update on the set for the class to take stage in a few hours. A neatly leveled dressage surface with an ATV parked in the middle made the equestrian’s story. “Our fantastic Walber Equestrian is prepped with Polaris. DK for all the amazing horses and riders that are having lessons with master Kyra Kyrklund today,” Cathrine wrote. According to the updates, this time the class will be led by Cathrine’s long-time trainer, Kyra Kyrklund.

Kyra Kyrklund is a veteran Olympian and has helped Cathrine with her equine that led her to the top. “A super, super skilled trainer team,” Cathrine called training-duo Kyra and Nathalie Zu Sayn-Wittgenstein. Kyra also happened to help the equestrian with her star equine, Cassidy when had almost given up. The duo has since shared a bond of mutual respect. Thus demonstrating why a class together, now and in the future might prove to be a considerable choice for young dressage riders.

Cathrine hopes to bring more to the masterclass

In September 2023, the equestrian Dressage icon’s masterclass in Devon attained wide popularity over her teachings. Cathrine reportedly catered to both the audience and participants alike. Eurodressage adds that horsemanship, expertise, wisdom, and empathy, for both horse and rider, were highlighted by the Olympian throughout. Cathrine also lightened the atmosphere by letting the participants know that it was all right to make a mistake and take a risk. The encouragement allowed aspirants to ease in and learn the necessary.

“Magic of Inspiration,” Eurodressage calls Cathrine’s masterclass. Though today the equestrian might not lead exclusively, her calendar sure adorns a masterclass soon with Kyra Kyrklund. The iconic dressage duo will be coming together in September in Helsinki to organize a session. However, to the elation of some and the disappointment of rest, the duo’s names were quick to bring a ‘sold out’ sign on the announcement.
