When a bull riding event comes to mind the acronym of PBR comes with it. The bull riding and PRB seem to be inseparable from each other. The PBR stands for Professional Bull Riders. This an organization for professional bull riders and the largest league of bull riding games. They conduct events across the country and abroad which involve the participation of young athletes and experienced ones.

The league started a team event last year after its successful individual events over the years. Among the most successful are the Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour which is coming back to Kentucky again.

Bull riding tour returns to Kentucky

According to pbr.com, the best individual competition series of the Professional Bull Riders League is coming back at the iconic Rupp Arena next year. The PBR’s Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour shall start from Lexington, Kentucky for the seventh time. It shall be held on the 5th and 6th of January 2024 and those two nights will witness the best riders and bulls in the ultimate clash of the two titans of the game. The Velocity series was one of the best individual series for the last year that attracted a record crowd to the arena and saw incredible record-breaking performances from the athletes.

The PBR Lexington 2024 shall be the opener of the individual series in the new year. Last year in 2023, when the event was held at Lexington the Brazilian bull rider Alex Marcilio came out as the winner after the breathtaking performance. In round one, he rode Cowboy Cartel and scored 85 points. In round two, he rode Shakira and scored 88.5 points and qualified for the finals. In the finals, he rode Hey Bartender and continued his star performance scoring 88.5 points to claim victory. The most successful event has a long association with the PBR and contributed to its success over the years.

The PBR’s Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour started in the year 2014 as an expansion of individual series which will feature young and talented bull riders along with the experienced professionals. This tour series was successful in attracting crowd by displaying epic entertainment of bull rides from taleneted athletes. It spread to the cities that are not listed in the premier series schedule. It is the primary and the vital series for bull riders to qualify for the Unleash The Beast and PBR World finals. In 2023, the sereis planned to visit more than 25 cities.
