Tamara led the winning probable at the equestrian race

Tamara, the two-year-old filly bred and owned by Spendthrift Farm LLC, is the daughter of Bolt d’Oro and Beholder. According to Paulick Report, the daughter of a Hall of Famer started her career last month at the Del Mar where she showcased an epic performance, resembling her mother. She took the lead at the beginning and maintained it with the pace of 81 beyer and won the race capturing many hearts. This performance created confidence in the trainer Richard Mandella, having trained her mother too. Beholder in the 2012 Debutante race finished second but had an illustrious career with eighteen wins from twenty-six races and more than $6.1 million in career earnings, per sources.

Richard Mandella shared his thoughts on the $49,200 worth filly marking her sweet, often getting glimpses of Beholder. Mandella sees a resemblance in her attitude and not in her appearance with her mother. He further said that the filly “trains very forward” and so far has seen only good things in her. For him “she is gifted” and on the prospect of winning the race, he seemed unsure saying one can never know what will the race be. But, he doubts that she won’t win because there is no reason for her not to perform. Although, apart from Tamara, there are many other horses who have a high prospect of winning the race.
