After her marriage to the golf prodigy, Dustin Johnson, Paulina found herself in the spotlight even more. As an actress and a model herself, Gretzky has made a name of her own in the entertainment industry. Recently, in a new magazine cover, she opened up about the pregnancy struggles she faced and the “toll” it took on her.

The Kind Magazine released its October issue this month. And Paulina Gretzky’s stunning face appears on the cover. The beautiful model appeared as stunning as ever at the Balm beach. This month’s fall issue of the magazine is all about health and wellness. Paulina, expressing how she finds balance as a “supermodel mother,” also opened up about the challenges she experienced during her pregnancy.

Talking to the magazine, Paulina said, “Pregnancy was tough and I’m not going to lie. Adjusting to my new body took a toll.” But that was not all. Sharing about the need to inspire oneself, she added, “But then I realised I had to pull myself out of this for my children. But then I realised again that that wasn’t quite right either—I had to pull myself out of it for my relationship with Dustin. I had to pull myself out of it for me.”

All this is a testament to the fact that women are indeed warriors when it comes to bouncing back with newfound personality as a mother. The family legacy that Paulina carries with her name has also taught her some serious lessons about life. Speaking with the magazine, she connected the importance of being physically active.

Talking to the magazine, Paulina said, “Growing up in the family I did, I was constantly surrounded by sports, but we’re not hard on ourselves. The lesson is always to do the best you can and have fun.” Expressing her love for being physically fit and active, she also shared wonderful advice with the magazine.

“You do what you can with the environment that you’re given and so even if I’m just walking on a golf course, everything is about staying active: start small, set little goals, and try to build healthy habits for consistency over time,” said the 34-year-old model. Over the years, it would be wrong not to acknowledge all that Paulina Gretzky has achieved.
