This Sunday, Kevin O’Connell, the head coach of the Minnesota Vikings, disagreed with the referee’s decision on L’Jarius Sneed’s possible penalty while Andy Reid, the head coach of the Chiefs, agreed. With 4:54 remaining in the game, Minnesota was behind 27-20 and faced a fourth-and-12 from the KC 24. As Sneed covered Jordan Addison, the referee raised a flag for potential defensive pass interference.

Skip Bayless was furious with Sneed for taking off his helmet so close to the official and made a Taylor reference. He shared a tweet saying, “Refs just saved the Taylor Swifts. That was Pass I and obviously should’ve been a helmet-off penalty.” Previously, he also made a “Taylor Swift era” reference after the Lions game. Since succumbing to the Lions in the opening week of the season, the Chiefs have continued their winning streak on yet another game.
