Biles shared a video of her on her Snapchat story, where she was seen dining in a posh restaurant. In addition, the eye-capturing thing was her “24K gold steak.” She delightedly used her chopsticks to face the flashy camera while wearing a white sparkle dress.

Despite being an active athlete, one of the best things about Simone is her love for food. Simone chooses to eat what makes her feel happy rather than track her diet because of this. She is proud of being an intuitive eater and understands the importance of monitoring the food she is having. Likewise, Biles listens to her body to determine what tastes good on any day.

During an interview regarding her diet, Simone shared some words with Women’s Health. There she stated, “I do not track anything. I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself because I’m always at the gym. For gymnasts, in particular, [tracking] can lead to health problems and eating issues, so I just eat what I know I can and should.”

She approaches her eating habits with mindfulness. The champion gymnast pays attention to her body and steers clear of extremes. As a result, she has been a great inspiration for other upcoming and young athletes since she joined the athletic world.
