A known name in the world of gymnastics, Simone Biles, needs no introduction. The Olympic Gold medalist has triumphed many hurdles to earn herself a global repute. The GOAT of gymnastics, Simone deserves praise for her humility and humbleness.

In an interview, fellow gymnast Sunisa Lee narrated her interaction with Simone. She went into great detail and thanked Simone for her help.

2020 was a tough year for Sunisa Lee. Braving personal and professional setbacks, she was gearing up for the rescheduled Tokyo Olympics 2021. The young gymnast was having a tough time. This was when Simone became one of Lee’s biggest sources of support.
Lee revealed that the two bonded during 2020. She said, “I’ve talked to Simone Biles a lot, and it’s really nice to get to know her in this way because she was my idol.” Simone herself was going through a lot during the said time, but that did not stop her from supporting Lee.
Lee recalls how Simone became her friend during those difficult times. She says, “I used to see her as this intimidating gold medalist, but now she’s a friend.”
Whether professional or personal, Simone Biles never fails to earn admiration for her strong personality and life choices.

American artistic gymnast Simone Biles is well-known for winning the individual gold medal at the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympic Games. She is an artistic gymnast who weaves magic on the floor, vault, and all-around events.

Biles has won 32 medals at the Olympics and World Championships. She holds the record for the most Olympic gold medals earned by a female American in a single competition.

Simone is only the sixth woman in history to win both the individual all-around gold medal at the World Championship and an Olympic medal.
