The very first day of the World Artistic Gymnastics Championship 2023 has seen a roller coaster ride in multiple events for various entities and teams. One of the highlights of the championship was the high bars event. The ups and downs faced here especially by the US team kept all the enthusiasts on their toes.

However, despite the challenges, how can the team who is used to attaining high positions, lag behind in this one? The high bar event witnessed multiple commendable performances from various teams. This made it seem difficult for the US team to reach the top, but their gymnasts turned the tables gracefully.
The US team climbed their way to the top in high bars gracefully at the Gymnastics Championship
The high bars started with the US team facing a little difficulty to top the scores. The other gymnasts’ performances from Japan and Australia were noticeable, yet the US team made their way to the second position. Australian gymnast Tyson Bull made a performance that was worth being a highlight of the competition.

Bull amassed everyone’s attention by giving a show worth watching by recording a 13.966. The FIG posted his statistics on their Twitter handle. The post said, “Tyson Bull brought the action to a close on the High bar, recording a 13.966.” However, even after this tough competition, the US team made their way to the second position in the leaderboard just behind Japan.
