Simone Biles’ Monday Night Football appearance is making waves! When she showed up to cheer for her husband at the match between the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings in an all-black luxury faux fur ensemble, her fit for the evening drew significant attention. But her romantic moment before the game with her husband on the sidelines overshadowed everything else.

Before Simone Biles walked up to the box suite to enjoy the match with the rest of the WAGs, she shared a special moment with the Bears’ safety, Jonathan Owens. The two exchanged a warm conversation, a special pre-game handshake, and a love-filled kiss off the field. As the cameras captured the picture-perfect snap, ESPN posted it on social media, calling it “Relationship goals fr.” Well, they truly are!

However, Jonathan Owens followed it up with a cherry on top. Reposting the same on his Instagram story, he made a special confession, “Forever locked in with my baby,” with a blue heart and an emoji of crossed fingers! While she made sure to go the extra mile to add an extra pep to his step before a big game, he set social media on fire with his touching words for her. Truly, everything they do radiates how deeply in love they are!

Also, remember how Simone Biles recently shared that the pre-game conditions can often get stressful for Owens? Thus, the two continue to make efforts to get that extra source of motivation. “He loves to come see me because he usually has to stay at the team hotel, so he loves to come see me, kiss me goodbye,” she says. And, well, she does the same to boost his spirits too!

In fact, Simone Biles flew to Chicago on a private jet with volleyball player Torrie Brown to catch up with Owens on Thanksgiving Day. She went straight to Ford Field to attend the match against the Detroit Lions. And it looked like they had some special plans that involved calling a chef and cooking for the Bears family. But this year, it’s sealed with love: the two are spending Christmas together!

Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens’ Christmas plans

“This will be the first Christmas that we’ll spend alone together as a couple, which is actually really nice,” Simone Biles recently said, revealing that she is very excited for the Christmas day this year. And why not? December marks their unexpected anniversary, as it’s the first time they crossed paths 5 years ago!

And naturally, Simone Biles is looking forward to it. Besides that, she’s also been putting in the work. Biles has been busy with the house decorations, but she’s relying on Owens for a small bit, which is to get the Christmas tree out of the basement. Yes, perhaps the same white one that they posed around last year!

But the holiday would be unusually quiet this year as they won’t have their families around. Simone Biles is even skipping a family trip to Belize with her parents to be there for her man. However, there’s no other option, as the Chicago Bears turn hosts for a home game on December 26. But as we know, the two enjoy spending time together. And perhaps the memo for this year again is checkered PJs and cozy conversations!
