Simone Biles has recently been going through a lot of pain. And this is not some pain from any injury but her teeth. She shared this news via her Instagram that she was paying regular visits to the dentists and was in a considerable amount of pain.
This led many fans to think that Biles had her wisdom teeth taken out. However, Biles informed that it was not her wisdom tooth, which caused her pain.

What is the real reason behind Simone Biles’ pain?
For the past few days,?Biles?was sharing photos of her swollen face. She told that the swelling was due to pain in her tooth. So much so that, it pains to talk. Naturally, fans were worried about her. Therefore, when Biles hosted a Question & Answer session over?Instagram, this was one of the significant questions asked.

A fan asked,?”How are you feeling? Did you take your wisdom tooth out?”
The gymnast revealed that it’s her molars that cause her pain. In fact, Biles had her wisdom teeth taken out years ago.
“So I actually got my wisdom teeth (all 4) out 6 years ago hahaha,” revealed the soon-to-be bride.

The actual cause of her pain was her molars, which was weird because they don’t normally pose any issue. More so because Biles was fine till the earlier night and it was only in the morning when she realized the issue.
“This was one of my molars which was causing issue all of a sudden. I just woke up and my face was swollen, so strange.”
Thankfully, Simone made it a point to quickly go visit the dentist, and the issue was resolved.

The worst kind of pain
The physical pain, however, is nothing compared to the mental pain that Simone Biles has been through. The 7-time Olympic medalist has revealed it herself.
She has also?opened?up before about her mental issues. These are the issues that very few understand. For years, the champion gymnast dealt with all these issues alone.

Leaving all of this behind, the athlete has emerged as a new person after taking a break from gymnastics. Even though the sport gave her a lot, it also took away a lot from her. The break allowed her to work on all these issues, prioritize herself and discover life outside the sport.
