The most popular female college athlete in the world at the moment, Louisiana State University’s all-around gymnast Olivia Dunne, means business once again. At just 9, the homeschooled gymnast made her Instagram account, which has now grown into a 4.4 million followers network. The New Jersey native profited from contract work following the NIL deals launch in 2021. However, amidst all the glitters, an array of dark clouds hovered over her as Dunne was majorly absent from the 2022–23 season due to injuries.
Fortunately, Dunne is back at the LSU campus, frequently seen polishing her routines despite all the hate. However, there is so much to be happy about for the 21-year-old, including her teammate’s Olympics section. While Dunne has her sight on the collegiate championship, a glimpse of her practice was recently shared.

Practicing gymnastics since she was 3 years old, Dunne now possesses elite-level talent! Taking turns with her influencing work, Dunne’s social media platforms now mostly consist of practice videos. Many followers missed her absence from the mats or at least that’s what her TikTok engagement speaks. Although this time @lsugym took to Instagram to share a video of Dunne showing off her maneuvering on a balance beam. The gymnast donned a yellow splash print leotard with purple hues and the bold LSU detail.

Dunne displayed her amazing flexibility by hopping onto the four-inch bar and flipping backward three times effortlessly. She then split her legs for an amazing mid-air split jump showing her artistic skills. “Good job,” “Let’s go Liv,” along with continuous applause could be heard in the background. She continued performing while sitting on the bar, bending one leg as the clip ended. The video was captioned, “in her beam era,” even her “inseparable” LSU gymnast friend and TikToker Elena Arenas commented, “beam queen.”
