Sunisa Lee fans bombard the internet?

Sunisa Lee is one of the most influential gymnasts in the world right now. She triumphed over all the international-level gymnasts at her maiden Olympics appearance in Tokyo. Lee poured her heart out at the Olympics and won the gold medal in the all-around category. However, she was soon struck by a terrible crisis in 2022 when her health took a big hit. Sunisa Lee is facing a severe kidney ailment that forced her to prematurely end her college career.?

Suni trained and got treated while on a hiatus since April and returned to the US Classic in August. While she appeared just to keep her hopes for Paris alive, she ended up coming second in beam balance. Sunisa Lee carried her momentum from the US Classic to the US Championships and executed another brilliant beam balance show. However, fans argue that she didn?t get the appreciation she deserved. They bombarded the internet with several comments criticizing the competence of the judges. Sunisa Lee had executed an E-value move on the beam called the ring. This is a complex move that leaves little room for error but grants a lot of points.

Fans argued that Lee pulled off a perfect ring and her upper back arch was clearly visible. In fact, her legs had aligned with her crown instead of her shoulders, which is the minimum requirement for the ring. Fans were extremely bewildered by the disappointingly low score given to Suni. One of the fans said,??Cannot Believe They Didn?t Credit That Ring.? While Queen Simone Biles aced the category with 29.300 points, Suni was stuck at 27.850 points. This was enough to grant Suni the third position in the category, but not enough to satisfy her fans.

Suni Lee and her protective fans

While all judges carry some subjective bias, they always strive to give all participants a deserving score. While this isn?t the first time people disagree with the judges, Suni?s fans are very protective of her in general. Several critics of Sunisa Lee have tried to invalidate her Olympic gold in the all-around category. They claimed that the victory was just a hand-me-down from Queen Simone Biles since she forfeited from the tournament. This view, however, was trashed by Sunisa Lee’s fans.
