After a riveting comeback performance, Simone Biles returned home to her fur babies’ care. Growing up she was surrounded by four German Shepherds in her home. While Lilo captured Biles’ heart the moment she laid eyes on her in 2018, eventually, in 2020, she also adopted Rambo. The nuclear family of Biles was complete when Jonathan Owens’s English Bulldog, Zeus joined them. The two athletes now split parenting duties with the bulldogs while they live together. The gymnast once described how Rambo plays after midnight which causes her to have restless nights. Recently, the devoted parent shared another amusing post about being a dog mum that many people could relate to.

Simone Biles is just like any other dog parent

In a lighthearted post shared by Biles on her Instagram story, she humorously fears Lilo finding out about a fancy garnished food bowl. She reposted a post that showed the luxurious heights dog parents go to for their pets when it comes to feeding like that in the picture. Biles captioned the story, “pls delete this, I don’t want Lilo to see it,” followed by a laughing emoji.

Just a few days ago, when Biles headed back to the Nationals training camp, she made sure to give an update on her pets. Following her departure update she shared how their father, Jonathan Owens, would take care of their beloved dogs. The couple frequently updates their followers on their four-legged members’ whereabouts followed by further updates. Like when Biles exposed Rambo’s habit of playing at 12:35 am which many fans could relate with.

As Biles was busy with her rigorous training for the upcoming US Classics, a few days back Owens took charge of vet visits.? He posted a story on his Instagram updating on the parental duty while the three dogs lay on the floor. Apart from having sleepless nights because of her fur babies the gymnast is also frequently concerned over their eating habits. Just in case you were having any doubts, a beautiful gesture this year showed their love for the pets that melted hearts.

The Owens family takes sharing is caring quite seriously. Prior to her wedding, Biles visited the Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Centre with her dogs in March. Later on her Instagram, she shared a receipt bearing the names Lilo and Rambo Owens. The post was captioned, ?I guess the dogs are changing their last name too.? The fact that her dogs took her husband’s name weeks before she officially did was indeed a special moment.
