Simone Biles has been a compassionate aunt since her niece’s birth on November 25, 2022. Simone was upfront about her sister-in-law, Sammi’s IVF struggles at the time of Ronni’s birth. She was also born prematurely, making her more vulnerable to health concerns. Despite this, Baby Biles attends almost all of Biles’ endeavors. Now, as Biles returned to international gymnastics in Europe, her sister-in-law Sammi shared an update on Instagram.

Holding Ronni on her lap, she captioned the story, “ER for her” with a white heart emoji. In the stressed mother-daughter selfie, the nine-month-old looked pale with nearly teary eyes. “Sweet girl,” Sammi said of her courageous little one, as she described her ailments and stated, “cold, flu, rsv season is for the birds” with a sobbing emoji.
