Celebrating this accomplishment, Biles’s best friend Rachel Moore congratulated Biles for achieving one more laurel. With this, she also shared a memorable throwback from the Snapchat series.

Moore captioned this Instagram post, “snapchat throwback bc daring simone won an NAACP award for outstanding short form series.” Further, she wrote, “huge congrats @simone biles.” The gymnast won this award at the 54th NAACP Awards ceremony. Every year, the American organization NAACP awards artists for their excellent performance in various fields such as theater, music, and literature. The winners are chosen by award organization members and fan votes.

Reacting to this post, Biles commented, “Rach out there with the ad libs always making sure it ran smooth.” Moore also played a huge role in ensuring that there were no glitches in this 10-episode series.

Shocked at this honor, the moment was unforgettable for the star gymnast.

Later, responding to this honor, Biles related, “It’s kind of scary because it is the best award you can receive in your whole life, so now it’s kind of scary.” Also, the gymnastics legend was the youngest to receive the award.
