NCAA gymnast took the spotlight

On 5th August, the planet of gymnastics shared the throwback video of Trinity Thomas, which garnered all the attention of the social media cult. Thomas was participating in the junior women’s category of the esteemed 2016 P & G Championship. The video shows the gymnast pulling off an anti-gravity feat while delivering a floor exercise routine.

In fact, Simone Biles had also participated as a senior in the event held at Saint Louis (Mo.) University?s Chaifetz Arena. Spectators appreciated the intense amount of energy Thomas could store while performing the popular anti-gravity jump. While Thomas was dazzling as a junior, Simone Biles was competing in a league of her own. In fact, the stunning display of artistry and technique by Biles helped her clinch her fourth all-around title at the contest.

The video showcased Thomas pulling off an impossible jump as she ended her routine. The jump was followed by a double layout half flip. Thomas landed on the floor with both feet and shot upwards in the air. The momentum she built had propelled her to an insane height that stunned the fans.

Several of them revered the jump as Thomas defying the laws of gravity. In fact, the text in the video aptly wrote, ?Who remembers when Trinity Thomas deactivated gravity???

Trinity Thomas, the NCAA medalist who swept the 2022 contest at Fort Worth off three gold medals, emerged undefeated at the 2022 NCAA in the floor exercise and uneven bars category and was the top all-over gymnast.

The video clip shown in the viral Instagram reel dates back to 2016. The clip gives a massive throwback to the Trinity Thomas’ floor exercise performance at the P & G Championships.
