Fans will witness Biles face off against Brazil’s Rebeca Andrade who was last year’s World all-around champion. Take note that Biles has won the all-around in each of her five appearances in the global event (2013, 2014, 2015, 2018, and 2019).

Even in her debut in 2013, she took home four medals(her lowest mark) besides earning consecutive team golds thereafter. In addition, Japan’s six all-around wins by Uchimura Kohei will be an active challenge to Biles who surpassed the American all-around record last month. On the global stage, the presence of the seven-time Olympic medalist raises the likelihood of the American team winning their seventh team gold medal. The reigning all-around champion of the nation is also anticipated to match her 2019 Worlds record winning five medals (team, all-around, vault, balance beam, and floor routines).? 26-year-old Biles who boasts 32 Olympic and Worlds medals can tie or even surpass Vitaly Scherbo who currently holds 34 medals in comparison. Biles, fresh from her Worlds selection camp, may also have her iconic Yurchenko double pike as her fifth-named move.
