After watching Team USA gymnastics unfurl magic at the Paris Olympics and of course, the Gold Over America Tour, the anticipation for the 2025 NCAA women’s gymnastics championships has certainly amplified! After all, what a banner year it was for gymnastics as a sport! But, do you know what makes it even more exciting?

Well, Olivia Dunne and Haleigh Bryant are back with the reigning champions’ side, and so is Olympic medalist Hezly Rivera. This has truly upped the chance for LSU Gymnastics to snag the title this time around too. But when does the NCAA season unfurl and how does the schedule look? We’ve got it all covered for you!

NCAA women’s gymnastics championships schedule

The NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championships 2025 will begin in the first week of January and go on till April 17 and 19, when the finals take place. Between these months, the events will start in rounds and go on to the regionals and finally the championship finals.

The events that one can watch feature all four gymnastics apparatuses- Balance Beam, Uneven Bars, Floor Exercise, and Vault. Speaking of the coverage, the NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championships would be streamed by ABC, ESPN2, ESPNU, SEC Network, ACC Network, and ESPN+, with additional action on SEC Network+ and ACCNX throughout the season.
