Simone’s reply to her younger self’s magical moves

The American gymnastics star was just six years old when she first stepped on the mat; she officially started her training at eight. In her rewarding and significant career, Simone has appeared in two mega-quadrennial games. In both the outings, she played a pivotal role in creating awareness about the sport and its athletes’ life.

While in Rio she was fierce on the mat, in Tokyo she was daring off the mat. Simone backed off from the Olympic finals, citing mental health issues, prioritizing herself over Olympic glory.

Recently, a fan tweeted an old video of young Simone’s insane flip, to which Biles gave an unexpected reply. The gymnastics GOAT replied saying, “baby Simone was out of her mind.”

Well, young Simone was clearly out of this world. Biles has indeed pushed her limits to mark herself on the top with her extraordinary achievements (32 medals). However, after reaching a feat many gymnasts dream of, Simone has been keeping her mental health as her highest priority.

The young legend has reached a point where she doesn’t want to do anything that affects her mental peace, not even gymnastics.

If Simone wants to continue dominating the sport, she definitely will. But, if Simone Biles retires, the Olympic gymnastics would miss an iconic athlete in Paris. However, given her stature and character, Simone Biles would continue to inspire athletes with whatever she does in the future.
