The most decorated American grade 1 stakes race run at Churchill Downs is the Kentucky Derby. These stomping grounds have witnessed so many histories from the legendary horses anchored by their jockeys and trainers that it is naturally the most sought-after. But going into this event isn’t a one-day process. The horses collect points from several races throughout the year to rank in the point system.

Popularly known as the Road to Kentucky Derby, it has a new name, a fraction behind the top seed. After bagging a staggering amount of $336,750, he is looking to head into the next with a 7 figure goal set right.
