Frankie Dettori is one of the greatest jockeys in horse racing history. In October, he caused a sensation by reversing his retirement plans. For an already colorful career, his unexpected involvement in ‘I’m A Celebrity…’ added another layer. Catherine Dettori, the wife of professional horse rider Frankie, fulfils the role of a devoted stay-at-home mother. Their union began in July 1997 in New Market, England, and their family presently calls Stetchworth near Newmarket, Suffolk, their home. However, in a surprising turn just before Christmas, the couple decided to embark on a trip to Los Angeles. Frankie Dettori took to social media platform X, featuring his wife, and conveyed, “Good morning, everyone! Just wanted to say thank you and Merry Christmas. We have emigrated to Los Angeles. Dettori takes pride in his five children: Leo, Ella, Mia, Tallulah and Rocco. He originally thought that his youngest Rocco, was best suited to a career in professional horse racing. In an interview, he said that Rocco’s physique is excellent and very fast. Amidst life’s twists and turns, Dettori’s wife is still the constant pillar of support behind her husband. It was evident when she stayed by his husband’s side after a near-fatal involvement in an aircraft crash back in 2000. As he mentioned in one of the interview, “I had this feeling of… not fear of dying, because I knew I was going to die, but I was just disappointed that God was going to take me and I was not ready for it.”
