A New Year has commenced and so has the track and field events. 2024 kick-started with one of the most honorable events, the Dubai Marathon 2024. This marathon has been going on since 1998 and is recognized as a Gold Label Road Race by World Athletics. Going on for so many years, this marathon has never disappointed its enthusiasts and this time is no different. 

This marathon started from the Umm Suqeim Road and is a 42.195 km route. Every category in this has its own charm and turns several heads. Similarly, the Wheelchair men category of the marathon also delivered spectacular performances. The results of this category have been released and the enthusiasts couldn’t be more excited. 

The fanatic performance of wheelchair men at the Dubai Marathon 2024

The Dubai Marathon 2024 has finally begun and has kept all the marathon enthusiasts on their toes. This event started at 6 in the morning and will go on till 1 in the afternoon. With an expectation of over 30,000 participants in this race, some of them have already started showcasing their exceptional skills. The wheelchair men’s race is over and the results have also been declared. 

The RunBlogRun took to their X account and shared the results. Jin Hua representing China nabbed the win by clocking a time of 1:27:08. After Hua stood Xingchuan Luo again from China with a time of 1:27:10. In the third position was Zhuo Ma from China itself with a time of 1:7:11. Representing UAE in the fourth position was Badir Al Hosani with a time of 1:27:12. 

The time difference succinctly shows how tight of a race it was. All the participants did their best to nab the win however, stood one after the other with a mere difference of time. Dubai Marathon 2024 is one of the most sizzling Marathons to witness.

More about the Dubai Marathon 

The Dubai Marathon 2024 is the 23rd edition of this event and it started on the Umm Suqeim Road which is located opposite the Madinat Jumeirah. The start of the marathon and the 10km road race both will occur from the same position. Complete precautions and all the necessary rules and regulations have been kept under consideration for the event. All the participants of the marathon will receive an official race t-shirt, finishers medals, and certificates as well.

The 10km road race and the 4km road race participants will also be receiving the same after the completion of the event. In this 42.195km marathon, water stations have been provided for the participants in every 2.5km from 5km to 40km and at the finish. Hydration facilities, washroom facilities, and medical facilities are taken care of at the Dubai Marathon 2024.
