Jackie Chan had his way to enter the door of luxury

In his memoir Never Grow Up, Chan made himself an open book to his readers. While revealing his overnight achievements, the action-comedy star talked about how he used to showcase his luxury. Chan once shared an anecdote where he went out with twenty of his stuntmen, and carried $500,000 cash to Albert Yeung?s watch emporium. At the emporium he, “strutted in and said, ‘Show me your top ten watches. Are these the most expensive? With the most diamonds? Good, I?ll take seven of them. No need to wrap them, I?ll wear them out. And I?ll pay cash!”

Evidently, he would wear them out, as the Chinese actor shared, “And with that, I turned and walked out. Seven watches, one for every day of the week. When I met martial arts friends from the old days for a meal, I made sure to roll up my sleeves so they were on full display.” He would always showcase his money whether it was for paying the bills of his friends’ meals or for buying many shirts.
